Jake was very present as we got ready to sell our home. For starters be came and looked at the property to give us an idea on how to present our house to potential buyers. This was greatly appreciated (and a request of ours) as we wanted to put our best foot forward. Once our house was on the market Jake was responsive as requests to show came our way and he elequently handled all aspects of showing our house from having documents ready for viewing, beautiful pictures of our space with descriptions, a flier for buyers to take on their way out and hosted open houses. Once we had a buyer he assisted heavily with negotiations and our family is confident the process went smoothly due to his expertise. We were always in the know and felt comfortable asking any and all questions throughout the process from start to finish. We would absolutely ask Jake to sell our home if we are ever to sell again, many thanks!
